Chili and the Whalekillers - Recent Press
2014 has been a great year so far, here's a few of the press highlights:

1. Noisey.Vice.Com - Eine unbekannte österreichische Band stürmt in Island die Charts

Noisey interviewed the Whalekillers in light of their chart success in iceland in February

2. Salzburger Nachrichten - Auf einer Insel im Atlantik an U2 vorbeiziehen

...And so did Bernhard Flieher of the Salzburger Nachrichten.

3. - Turn Review*

Iceland's leading music critic spared no big words describing Turn as: "Bright and galloping new-wave-pop-rock that wraps itself around and takes a firm hold of the listener."

4. Icytopics -Happy half-Icelandic pop from Salzburg

Iceland-focused blogsite Icytopic claimed: "These guys recently popped up in the Icelandic radio charts – seemingly out of nowhere – with a song called Turn. A fantastic little jangle pop gem that instantly made us very happy. This upbeat song’s inspiration from traditional ’60s-style guitar pop overlaid with soul vocals is perfectly enhanced by the beautiful video directed by Florinda Frisardi."

5. Picture on the Fridge Interview

We did an interview with the brand new and hip austrian bloggers POTF.
